It is important to acknowledge the lineage. 

The Frequency Method is my interpretation of 9Starki, an ancient star system with deep roots in Asia.

My teachers were Megan and Jeff Potter, and Jean Haner.

Learning about the 9Starki changed my life, and fascinated my brain.  I was floored by how user friendly and simple this system was, how it speaks to the seasonality of life, and how it helps bring you home to yourself.

Unfortunately, there are not many resources on this in English, this article is a good overview.

The Frequency Method is my interpretation of 9Starki, made to be more accessible to the Western mind. I am in awe of it's wisdom.
